The best customer service I have dealt with, got everything figured out it no time.

I would rate this less than a zero It's been well over a month and still no seeds, I ordered my seeds before the covid19 pandemic and still no seeds no compensation horrible customer service all agents are lying I would never buy seeds from this site again.

I usually like to order by cc or flow rate for ease of shearing. I had my eye on a selection of female seeds. I usually order reg seeds from US breeders as the feminized ones are very expensive. But as others have mentioned, ordering from overseas comes with risks. Female seeds didn't accept US issued cc's so they recommended Herbies. Glad they did! Ended up buying with Bitcoin. Very professional and super efficient company. I sent a few too many coins and the service they use actually returned the excess... I wasn't expecting that... Nice surprise. I haven't received the pack yet (ordered today) but I have no doubt I will judging by the reviews and my experience so far... Well done Herbies... Order with confidence.

Emilia and the rest of the staff were great. I must have talked to them all day having no clue what I was doing with the ordering process. Love the selection. Will come back for more
