I had a problem but resolved instantly as I was abrupt and sarcastic to begin with, they never lost their rag and remained calm and polite at all times. are one of the honest company 100% of the best company any problem they will resolve that's why I use them no need to go anywhere else as their prices are as good as their customer services of their company amazing genuine site restored my faith people thank you herbies thank you karl

- Easy All, Let me start by saying I'm just a repeat customer and I get nothing in my opinion. I've been using Herbies for 7+ years. At first they were good. But the information and finding seeds that didn't germinate was more than likely frustrating for me. Even worse because they couldn't talk about anything other than the seed, shipping, or payment. How we've moved on and so has Herbies. I've always gotten my order... always! They also have the largest selection of seeds and prices. I will continue to use them above any other seed company because of their reliability, selection, and price. Give this company a try, you won't be disappointed. I haven't been in 7 years. Take your time choosing and cross-reference other sites for reviews before choosing. Overall, I'd give them a 9 out of 10. But don't take my advice, dive in and enjoy. I have!! Do your research before you buy, including the bonus seeds. That way, it will help you when you receive your package. Thanks for years of enjoyment, Herbies. X zzzzzz

- These guys are top notch... high quality genetics... ordered for about 6 years now and 100% satisfaction every time. The only time I had a problem, some seeds didn't germinate, and they replaced them without hesitation. All these new US seed suppliers need to get a grip and stop charging exorbitant prices for their genetics. Until I can get cost-effective genetics domestically, I'll keep going to Herbie's.

- It took a while but my seeds arrived. They were very helpful in getting them. I wrote a bad review earlier because I didn't get a response to when they shipped when they said they would send an email, they did it for me.
