For those who are buying seeds from Herbies be assured that your order will come to you as fast as it can. I've been growing for over forty years and hadn't had a bad experience with Herbies over the years. I live in the United States and on my last order the mail intercepted it. I had thought that I had sent an email to Herbies but being I'm not the best at sending emails as a result they hadn't received it. To make a long story short Herbies help me through the sending of the information in order for them to resend my order, might I had it was a very large order, after they had received the information the sent me my seeds. I would just like to say thanks to Nicolas, and Gabriel for without there help i would not have been able to send the information they needed.

Second time ordering from Herbies and was concerned about how long package was taking out of customs. Emailed sales help and got response less than 24 hrs later:) Package arrived no problem. Remember customs can account for 12-16 days of your ship time😪 Love shopping at Herbies

Order was delivered timely and perfectly herbies is my go to whenever I need seeds. If I’ve ever had a problem with an order the staff has always taken care of me.

Ordered, stated delivered, obviously to wrong address. OUT of my money, with no seeds. When they state delivered thru tracking to whoever's house, your dead out of luck no seeds. Have ordered prior with zero problems, delivered as expected. Customer service helpful some, however, was not going to stand by the customer in belief I never received. So sad.
