- After dealing with a couple seed companies I came back to Herbies.I have great results with my feminized orders.My last order was stuck in US Custumes and after a short period of time they sent another order at no charge that I just received.I would recommend using Herbies always.Costumer support was great!

- I ordered from Herbies over 5 years ago, shipped to the US and was never disappointed until they stopped taking credit cards. I decided I wanted to start my grow again and was nervous about whether or not they would be more like the same old Herbies. They are now accepting credit cards again. It took 15 days for my seeds to get here "nowhere near the 8 days it took me to get them. But considering what is going on with COVID 19, I don't blame them on that one. I will always recommend Herbies headshop to all my growing friends. Seeds always germinate and have never had a bad experience with Herbies. Thank you Herbies Head Shop for being the great place you are.

- Always use herbs and always the same excellent service! I received my order during these difficult times we are all facing! The order was a little late as it is not my fault, as I put the spinner reference number on the payment. The problem was quickly resolved and they gave me extras on top of my extras. - web site is first rate . Agents on line are wonderful and very well organized and prepared to help with all aspects of service. So I felt comfortable with ordering. Great start. Ordered and everything was fine until customs must have stopped shipment . This is totally understandable . Resent my order after the usual wait , I had no problem with that . Seeds arrived in a timely manner. I was missing several of my free seeds . Got in contact with agents which again they were awesome. Several times I was told I forget his name would be in contact with me next day . No reply from this person and it was only over a few seeds. Seeds that I patiently waited for and understood why . To totally disrespect a customer after all other aspects of your business I consider first rate is a serious mistake . Over a few seeds . One unhappy customer can lead to many in the future . All over a few seeds . ThankYou and good luck
