Order from Herbie's during the Holiday. I am in the States and I sent Cash... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! Soon as my anxiety kicked in Herbie's sent me a tracking number. I got everything they said now I am going to wait on my babies and buy more from Herbie's.

This is my first time using herbies and I highly recommend this website. Absolute best customer service I’ve ever received just about anywhere. If you have any questions or concerns the staff at herbies is more than happy to accommodate them. I was more than thrilled to find out I was able to communicate with an actual human about my questions instead of a robot which never gives you the answer you’re looking for. I’ve used Herbies for nearly 7 years now. I have to say that I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this company. I always receive my order, and in perfect condition and have never had an issue in multiple orders. There’s usually original breeder packs and the ones that are not in them are nicely labeled and packaged. Great job guys and thanks for being there for us U.S customers. Very Reliable!

First order never arrived, however, amazing customer service and another order was sent free of charge just before the 5 weeks mark. The second order arrived without issues, fast enough considering it was right in the Christmas period. I was pleasantly surprised to see more free seeds than I expected. So far all the seeds I started germinated. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the level of stealth of the parcel. I felt it was pretty low, especially when I compare to another company I ordered seeds from some years ago - so 4.5 stars if I could.

First time user of Herbies. Seeds arrived very quickly and where stealth packaged. Recieved bonus seeds with our ordered seeds. Have sprouted some seeds with 100% strike rate. Overall couldn't be happier !
