Excellent customer service! I have never experienced such caring customer service. Great seeds! The first delivery was stopped by customs during the strict covid rules. They sent new ones and they even added bonus seeds! I have ordered 3 times from Herbies in the past and they have always delivered excellent and true genetics. The germination rate has always been 100%.! I will stick with Herbies for my seed needs!

Herbie's and their compliance department are top notch. The seeds were delivered within a few weeks. I had to order from a few other stores to get all the varieties I needed, and it's been over a month and still no word from them. I had a problem with the germination of a highly rated autobreeder that I won't mention. The breeder didn't support his viability with Herbies, but after Herbie's compliance department reviewed the situation, he personally offered to replace the defective seeds with other seeds from other breeders. Top organization! Highly recommended. Will order from Herbies again.

I had a mix-up of labels on my order, customer service was more than helpful and the issue was resolved and they offered me free seeds. That's what I call customer service. They responded quickly every time.

ok so here is my experience shopping on this site and I think it's worth sharing. I ordered some seeds on April 16th. I'm really picky about the strains I grow, so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packaging, so I'm 100% sure I'm getting the ones I bought. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packaging, though. this might not be an issue for most people, but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on May 1st (2 weeks later), I asked them when my order would be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue (I have to say this is the ONLY time I've ordered something with a delivery delay since the pandemic). Still, good. On about May 7th, I asked them for a refund because I had absolutely no idea when I was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst I've ever seen) but they wouldn't. They asked me to wait at least another week to request a refund. Few messages between then and now but no help at all. They just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. They also told me that I would receive a feminized version of the free seeds they give away for free, but I still received the autoflowering version. Long story short: they didn't send the original package as I requested, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflowering) and the tracking number was pretty much useless. I'd like to give them 0/5 stars but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today (40 days after I paid). So yes, if you plan to grow next summer and order your seeds in February then yes, go for it. However, there are many other websites like this that at least give the right seeds in a shorter time frame. This is by far my worst online shopping experience. I guarantee I will never buy from you again. Have a great day everyone and shop wisely.

I had some issues with the postage, but I spoke to a representative who was very understanding and helpful. I will definitely continue to use Herbies, just for the peace of mind that they will look after me all the way!
