- I spoke with a representative named Amalia, she helped me find fast-flowering autoflowers (exactly what I was looking for). She was very kind and her responses were timely. Overall, a great website and team!

- Decent seed selection but a pain in the ass to purchase. Payment methods offered are lacking.

- I'll keep it short! - The seeds have always germinated for me. - Each one has grown into a beautiful, healthy plant. - The yield depends mostly on you, not the seed, and I'm happy about that. - Both Sativa and Indica were of great quality and a perfect high. - I will definitely continue to order from here, as I've never had a single problem and the seeds arrived stealthily! - First off, the UI on the website is definitely one of the more pleasant and user friendly interfaces out of most seedbanks online. Excellent job with communication and customer support as well. My seeds made it to India in 18 days with no hassle...even though things have tightened up at customs.
I know there's a possibility that not every single order I place will make it to me, but the fact that y'all guaranteed me a 100% refund/reship for such a case was amazing assurance, especially with me being a noob first time customer.
Yet to germ the seeds but I'm blown away by how swift and easy everything was, not to mention the freebies that you offer :)))
Will DEFINITELY be back for more, 5/5 stars. Amazing service, much appreciated <3

- I ordered again and then they took the seeds to customs. Herbies refunded me every last cent. A pretty fair shop. I will always order from them. If the seeds don't arrive, they will refund you or send you seeds for free. Nothing bad can happen to you. 😉

- I ordered seeds last year, everything went well. While many seeds sprouted, only 3 didn't. Win some, lose some. Overall, 5 for customer service.

- Terrible customer service, they don't speak or understand English well. I regret not going with my gut and using another store. The reason they are "highly rated" is because they censor all negative reviews. They don't honor their verbal or verbally binding agreements. Someone with more time on their hands should file a lawsuit for violation of consumer rights, false advertising, and breach of legally binding verbal/written agreements.
