- ok so here is my experience shopping on this site and I think it's worth sharing. I ordered some seeds on April 16th. I'm really picky about the strains I grow, so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packaging, so I'm 100% sure I'm getting the ones I bought. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packaging, though. this might not be an issue for most people, but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on May 1st (2 weeks later), I asked them when my order would be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue (I have to say this is the ONLY time I've ordered something with a delivery delay since the pandemic). Still, good. On about May 7th, I asked them for a refund because I had absolutely no idea when I was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst I've ever seen) but they wouldn't. They asked me to wait at least another week to request a refund. Few messages between then and now but no help at all. They just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. They also told me that I would receive a feminized version of the free seeds they give away for free, but I still received the autoflowering version. Long story short: they didn't send the original package as I requested, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflowering) and the tracking number was pretty much useless. I'd like to give them 0/5 stars but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today (40 days after I paid). So yes, if you plan to grow next summer and order your seeds in February then yes, go for it. However, there are many other websites like this that at least give the right seeds in a shorter time frame. This is by far my worst online shopping experience. I guarantee I will never buy from you again. Have a great day everyone and shop wisely.

Thank you for the review. It's true that the delays occurred last time, due to the COVID-19 situation, which negatively affected the postal service's work speed. We also have a warning on our website.
Regarding original packaging - yes, we can ship seeds in original packaging, just uncheck the "stealth" option when ordering. Also, as stated in our shipping section, if we ship in original packaging, we will not be able to offer a duplicate in case of customs issues, which was the case. Despite this, we sent you a stealth duplicate at our expense, even though it was not our obligation, and it reached you successfully.
We regret that you still find our service inconvenient after this, but we respect your choice. We will always be happy to see you again at Herbies.

- I thought I had found a great seed bank but they only exclude certain CC or debit cards. I have a secured credit and debit card and your system will not exclude my cards at all so scrape this website and keep looking for one that is allowed to except more, all, etc. debit and credit cards but the money after payment showed on my end that the charge had been made but this was not taken as money but very upset and disheartened with the whole ordeal!!!

- Ordered, stated delivered, obviously to wrong address. OUT of my money, with no seeds. When they state delivered thru tracking to whoever's house, your dead out of luck no seeds. Have ordered prior with zero problems, delivered as expected. Customer service helpful some, however, was not going to stand by the customer in belief I never received. So sad.

Ever since the order stated "delivered" our obligations are fulfilled, as the order was packed, dispatched and delivered - all terms of the contract between the client and the seller have been fulfilled.
