- Ordered, stated delivered, obviously to wrong address. OUT of my money, with no seeds. When they state delivered thru tracking to whoever's house, your dead out of luck no seeds. Have ordered prior with zero problems, delivered as expected. Customer service helpful some, however, was not going to stand by the customer in belief I never received. So sad.

Thank you for the review. Indeed, due to the tracking information, which we rely on, the parcel was delivered. Ever since the order stated "delivered" our obligations are fulfilled, as the order was packed, dispatched and delivered - all terms of the contract between the client and the seller have been fulfilled. At the same time, we have no reason not to believe you and we issued an investigation on that matter, so that to find out what happened and proceed with the issue accordingly after the results. Our top priority is a satisfied customer, thus we don't leave you and do our best for you in this situation. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service, our team's fully intend to assist and resolve the issue
