- Very stressful to use first the payment didn't go through then Sumone helped me after a week of trying to wait patiently. Then wait again to get the order and the tracking number didn't get one yet. So after 3 days I asked about it then I got one the next day. Then the order Spain didn't move for about 14 days was like mmmmm maybe because of covid-19 as I ask.... no now lost. So they said they sent it was like ok. Look at the reviews and this happens a lot. Then they were told they couldn't make it because it saw r out.. so I looked yes for one that's what I would like to have the most but the second one wasn't different size less or bigger. So I was told it was sold out and tried to sell me something else. Sill trying to figure this all out from April 10th to May 19th. SMH so frustrated...and yes I had them in the past and never this bad

- I waited almost 5 more weeks in Spain, I received a new order, I'm not sure if it will arrive either, they certainly are not rushing to make a reshipment. Beware of your order from the UK to London

Indeed, the COVID-19 situation affects the delivery services in a negative way, thus some parcels got delayed or even lost. At the same time, we dispatch each parcel in time, and we can not affect in along the delivery as the postal service is a third party, and will replace the parcel if it got lost

- Herbies has a lot of good strains here, I'm happy with the selection, this time I went with the purple cherry punch still waiting for the authorization that they received my payment, it's taking longer than expected but I'm sure it will reach them soon. I made the payment 3 days ago on February 19th, so they should receive it by Monday and they will be able to provide me with the final result

- Ordered, stated delivered, obviously to wrong address. OUT of my money, with no seeds. When they state delivered thru tracking to whoever's house, your dead out of luck no seeds. Have ordered prior with zero problems, delivered as expected. Customer service helpful some, however, was not going to stand by the customer in belief I never received. So sad.

Ever since the order stated "delivered" our obligations are fulfilled, as the order was packed, dispatched and delivered - all terms of the contract between the client and the seller have been fulfilled. At the same time, we have no reason not to believe you and we issued an investigation on that matter, so that to find out what happened and proceed with the issue accordingly after the results. - I thought I had found a great seed bank but they only exclude certain CC or debit cards. I have a secured credit and debit card and your system will not exclude my cards at all so scrape this website and keep looking for one that is allowed to except more, all, etc. debit and credit cards but the money after payment showed on my end that the charge had been made but this was not taken as money but very upset and disheartened with the whole ordeal!!!
