- I placed my order on September 13th, paid for it, and received it on the 22nd. Super fast shipping considering I live in the US. Customer service walked me through the checkout process, very friendly! - The website is as good as any. I haven't received my order yet, but I see it has arrived in the US. After reading the reviews, it seems like a lot of your negatives are about shipping. Here are my thoughts on that. Spain is becoming the next Amsterdam for weed. I wouldn't doubt that the stoners who work at the post office your product goes through are familiar with your packaging methods. Since a lot of your negative reviews were about packages getting lost in Spain, that would be where they would get caught. I've never heard of your shipments getting held up by customs again, that's my take. Just saying...

- Hi from Canada, I give Herbies 5 stars because I think they have awesome customer service. My shipment got lost in the mail and didn't show up, so I contacted Herbies and no questions asked, they sent my order back to me, even with all the shit going on in the world, they got it to me pretty fast. They gave me the service like Herbies and the person I dealt with, his name is Vincente, awesome guy, got back to me right away and took care of things for me. Fast, once the girls are up and running, I'll send some pictures and give another review. My personal opinion is if you're looking for seeds, looking for Herbies, you won't be disappointed and they had the breeds I was looking for, unlike the others. Happy smiling Canadian

- Herbies may have some of the best, if not the best, customer support I've encountered. Easily available, accessible (my anxiety makes phone calls awful, so the chat system is incredibly helpful), and they responded to and resolved every issue I had. My package ended up being marked as lost, and they sent a replacement for free. I blame the shipping delays on current world events, rather than the herbs, but it was worth the wait. They arrived! I chose the stealth shipping option, and while I won't expose the herbs' secrets, I will say it was smart of them! Along with their free shipping policy, I don't see myself using another seed bank anytime soon. Thanks to the Herbies team!

- You can't really blame Herbies. I ordered seeds from various companies but the prices were off-putting! I was looking for a mix pack for a mystery garden and WOW!!! Herbies hit the nail on the head with a great offer! On top of that I then got other freebies, it just got better and better! Anyone looking, don't bother with other banks as Herbies like everything. Would be shocked if it let you down. The helpline is good, especially 'Alice' and overall I'm buzzing. I won't even look at other sites now. Herbies is my solution!!👌

- I usually like to order by cc or flow rate for ease of shearing. I had my eye on a selection of female seeds. I usually order reg seeds from US breeders as the feminized ones are very expensive. But as others have mentioned, ordering from overseas comes with risks. Female seeds didn't accept US issued cc's so they recommended Herbies. Glad they did! Ended up buying with Bitcoin. Very professional and super efficient company. I sent a few too many coins and the service they use actually returned the excess... I wasn't expecting that... Nice surprise. I haven't received the pack yet (ordered today) but I have no doubt I will judging by the reviews and my experience so far... Well done Herbies... Order with confidence.
