- In 2020, I went to this site to buy a batch of hemp seeds and paid more than two thousand USD. They divided the shipment into 6 batches, but I only received the first package. The other one was received. I contacted customer service several times. It wasn't resolved. They only know how to shirk responsibility. They also said that I would make sure I received all the seeds beforehand. When something happens, I would transfer the responsibility to the logistics company. Now I use translation software to write down the facts, just so other consumers can see my experience before purchasing. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks responsibility and will only leave mistakes and losses for consumers.

  Thank you for sharing your experience with others. Your order was divided into 6 separate packages, all of which were shipped on time to the address provided. This part of our responsibility was handled perfectly. According to the USPS statement and tracking information, all packages were delivered. The officially published information cannot be ignored or accepted; we rely on it. Since packages in the United States are delivered with a signature required, we requested this data from the Spanish Post Office to provide proof. We sent this information to you by email and attached all the documents.
  
  All the facts mentioned lead us to affirm that our company cannot be classified as dishonest, as we provide all the information, assistance, and most importantly, the delivery has been officially confirmed. In case of loss or seizure of the order, we provide a full refund or a duplicate order. We have cases with problems like this and provide our respected customers with the necessary assistance. All parts of your order have been confirmed as delivered and the investigation has doubly confirmed this.

- I've ordered seeds 3 times. They came back every time. AL the seeds germinated..not 1 failure. Don't use anyone else.

- Never have an issue when ordering seeds. Always arrive on time. I only wish Herbies would rotate free seeds. Last couple times I ordered I declined free seeds cause they are not strains I care for.

- My wonderful seeds arrived in the US in just 13 days. The ordering process was easy. My seeds arrived nicely labeled in a padded package. All the seeds seemed viable for germination, so I'm looking forward to sprouting some next month. What I like most about Herbie's Seeds is that you can choose your free seeds from a list rather than buying the famous "10 + 10" offers of the same strain that other seed retailers offer. Unless you're a big grower, who wants 20 seeds of the same strain? I will definitely use Herbie's again.

- Just received my order! Yay! It did take a month to arrive but probably due to my location. Great communication and was tracked. The packaging was fantastic and personal ( important due to my location) it also contained a few gifts! So happy and looking forward to my next grow. Thankyou. Love everything about Herbies. Will be back and will recommend to everyone I can.
