They stand by their products which are excellent. They guarantee germination and replace seeds which do not germinate. My order was delivered to Australia in 7 days.

Seeds took a while to arrive as they had to go from one continent to another, risking seizure at any point. I mistakenly thought Herbies was a Canadian supplier, not European. My fault for not digging deeper I guess. Anyway, that's why I'm leaving 4 stars. Seeds are good, all have sprouts after 36 hours in damp dark place. What they grow into tbd.

I’ve used a few different websites for seeds, none of them compete with herbies. I’m based in nz, and I was super happy with how efficient the delivery time was, it took less than a week to arrive at my doorstep. The quality of the seeds do not disappoint, i haven’t had any of them not germinate, the website is easy to use and navigate and the prices are extremely reasonable. I was definetly blown away by the support team and the overall experience with herbies.
