Quarter Pounder Autoflower is that rare child of the south that thrives under almost any conditions and is equally suitable for cool climates outdoors as well it is in any setup and with any cultivation method indoors. The buds of this easy-to-grow and generous Sativa contain up to 27% THC and can either unlock your energy and creativity or put you in a blissful near-coma – all depending on the dosage. The strain's distinctive sweet-and-sour citrus flavor reflects its exotic origins.

Description

Quarter Pounder Autoflower Strain Info

With their Quarter Pounder Autoflower, the breeders at Easy Grow Seeds successfully dispel the myth that Sativa-dominant strains are finicky and unreliable, only thriving in carefully controlled conditions that emulate their warm and mild native land. On the contrary, this plant is so resilient that it will survive both a less-than-ideal environment and the common mistakes made by beginner growers, and the quality of the product will still be worthy of its exotic origin.

Genetics

As the basis for this hybrid, the breeders took a unique Brazilian landrace and crossed it with a Ruderalis for the sake of its autoflowering feature. The resulting plant turned out fast and hardy enough even for the suboptimal Canadian climate; therefore, it will also flourish in nearly any other environment.

Flowering Time

The short flowering time of Quarter Pounder Autoflower only rivals its yield potential. The fastest plants will rush through the whole seed-to-harvest cycle in just 56-63 days.

Yields

A Quarter Pounder Autoflower can easily become a ‘pounder,’ as your indoor garden can bring you as much as 400 g of dry bud per square meter (1.3 oz/ft²). The outdoor results are hardly less impressive, as each plant can produce 100-150 g (3.5-5.3 oz).

Effects

The hybrid type of high produced by Quarter Pounder Autoflower is felt equally strongly in both body and mind, and you can control the effects by carefully dosing your intake. Make a toke or two, and this can be a stimulating daytime smoke; continue inhaling, and the blissful buzz in every muscle will feel like a dumbbell, hardly compatible with anything but nighttime relaxation.

Medical Properties

Ideal for managing mood disorders like stress, anxiety, and depression, Quarter Pounder Autoflower also provides daytime pain relief without sacrificing functionality when consumed in moderation.

THC and CBD Levels

Choose Quarter Pounder Autoflower if you’re an experienced smoker with a tolerance built over years of habitual use or if you want your stash to last. With a THC content of 27%, you may be sure of being high all day, every day until your next harvest. The level of CBD in these buds is very modest at 0.5%.

Smell and Taste

Quarter Pounder Autoflower’s delicious terpene profile will be surely appreciated by connoisseurs. The aroma evokes the sensation of a refreshing cold drink, composed of tangy-sweet citrus fruits, flowers, and a hint of spices.

Grow Tips

These plants can reveal their Sativa nature and reach a height of 150 cm (5 feet), but only if you keep them under a powerful light, provide plenty of space for the roots, and water and feed them regularly. Otherwise, or if you use smaller pots, the plants can stay more compact. The same result can be achieved with training. Outdoors, the plants tend to grow bigger but require the sunniest spot in your garden.

  • Gradually increase nutrient usage, monitoring for signs of overfeeding.
  • Choose organic cultivation to reveal the strain's true flavor potential.
  • Use supports to help the branches withstand the weight of buds.

Having been growing for decades, I didn't expect much from this autoflower, as it doesn't seem to be the first choice of growers. However, it really surprised me. Fast (harvested in less than 8 weeks), vigorous, it produced dense and aromatic buds. Its taste is fantastic: lemony with a piney finish, and its potency easily matches some of my best strains. It doesn't forgive early mistakes, but if you know what you're doing, it will impress you.

good one if you want daytime energy more than couch lock
    • Disadvantages
supports helped once the buds got heavy
    • General impressions

Ths plant surprised me because I kept expecting it to act difficult, but it just kept going. Mine wasn’t the prettiest plant in the tent, kinda messy branches and all, but it filled out well after some defol and light bending. The smell was fresh citrus with a floral thing, not really my usual favorite profile, but it grew on me after drying. I smoked a little before cleaning the garage and actually finished the job, which almost never happens. Took more and I could feel the body buzz getting heavier, so yeah, small dose if you want to stay useful.

this one was solid for me, nothing too complicated. I did LST mostly because it can get tall, and that helped keep it under control in the tent. Finished around 9 weeks from seed, buds were dense enough and the smell was more citrus/floral than skunky. Got a decent harvest, not gonna pretend I hit some crazy record, but the jars looked good. Smoke is nice in small amounts, kinda focused and happy, but if you keep going it gets way more body-heavy

    • Advantages
high yield potential, citrus-floral flavor, quick cycle, resilient grow, stimulating daytime effect
    • Disadvantages
      supports help near the end
    • General impressions

The plant grew tougher than I expected for a Sativa-leaning plant, and it didn’t panic when my setup got a bit warm for a few days. I kept her in a medium pot with some light training, and she stayed manageable while still building enough branch weight that a couple tops needed support late on. The smell was citrusy and floral with a little spice when I opened the dry jar. Mine finished around 9 weeks from seed, with a solid harvest for the space. The smoke was bright and creative after one small bowl, but heavier doses pulled it into a much lazier body buzz.
