- I've never ordered seeds from outside the US because I've heard horror stories and seen terrible reviews. I decided to take a chance. I found a company and placed my order. It was a disaster; it took them 3 months to deliver my seeds. The stories were true, I thought to myself. Discouraged and angry, I continued ordering from banks in the US; the only problem I had was the cost. Then one day, while I was looking for potential seed banks to expand my breeding collection, Herbies popped up. I saw that it was a European-based company, and the flashbacks of the last one (in the UK) were hitting me again. All that aside, I decided to check out the site. The first thing that caught my eye was the price; they were reasonable; the second was the selection. After days of thinking, I decided to give Europe another chance, and I placed my order via CC, it went through, and I waited for delivery confirmation. A week had passed and no confirmation, I inquired and received back that some of the seeds I had ordered were not in stock. Again, I thought "Oh no, not again!" But then something unexpected happened. I received an email from customer service apologizing for the delay, and to compensate, they would make up for it, with additional bonus seeds. I closed the email and opened it again, to make sure it wasn't a joke, and that there was a link to those bonus seeds. So I have been ordering seeds for years and have had delivery problems in the US. But none of the companies I have dealt with has ever offered such compensation. Two days after my inquiry. I received confirmation and a tracking number that my seeds were on their way. I then chose my bonus seeds, which by the way were sent a week later with a tracking number. Overall, my experience with Herbies has by far opened my eyes to how important customers are to them and how much effort they have to put into keeping them. Since then, I have moved Herbies to the top of my strain acquisition list. As far as germination goes, THEY ALL GERMINATED, another top quality trait. So to the Herbies staff. WELL DONE!!! You have made yourself a customer for life!!!

- So glad I found this site. Until now, I've found it's not easy to get seeds at a reasonable price if you're ordering from the US. -cash (arrrrrrgggghh!) or certified check/money order (ugghhh). Herbie's has a BIG selection, the prices are good, and the ordering process is easy and fast....with reasonable credit card fees lower than what I'd pay with other sites to send cash or a certified check by registered mail. And much less hassle. I also like their full descriptions of each strain on the individual seed pages. Maybe I'm jumping the gun here, as I just placed my first order. But I have to say, I'm very excited about Herbies, and I'm bookmarking this site to be my new go-to for new seeds.

- Shocking so far. I expect my refund with compensation with all the hassle I'm having to go through to get my money back. Should send some free seeds to keep custom.

- I placed my order on September 13th, paid for it, and received it on the 22nd. Super fast shipping considering I live in the US. Customer service walked me through the checkout process, very friendly! This is my first time ordering, but if everything goes well with my strain order and germination, I will definitely order from Herbies again! I found my new seed bank! -Thank you

- I've ordered over a hundred seeds from Herbies over the years, and believe it or not, every single seed has sprouted. Every plant will produce good quality and quantity of buds with the proper care. Their seeds have always been exactly what I've asked for, and if not, they'll provide you with alternative options for the strain you're looking for, almost as if they grow their own or are just good at their job. I've had some delivery issues in the past, as is to be expected, especially now. But Herbies has always taken care of me and kept me satisfied. I'll never order my seeds anywhere else because I know I can trust Herbies. Their prices are reasonable, and their free seeds only show how much they appreciate your business. The Herbies sales staff is very polite and respectful, and they quickly handle an issue with an order. If they're out of stock, they'll find you a replacement close to what you want. I could shop around, but why fix something that isn't broken? If you're here for the first time and debating whether or not to order from Herbies, I'll tell you, you'll be fine. Start small if that makes you comfortable, but if you're looking to jump in and grow, you're in good hands with this company.

BUT THAT'S WHY I BUY FROM HERBIES SEEDS. THERE FAIR, HONEST AND TRULY A GREAT SEED COMPANY. I'VE BEEN USING HERBIES SEEDS FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS NOW AND I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED THEY EVEN ADDED 5 EXTRA SEEDS WHEN THEY DIDN'T NEED TO.
