- I tried to order and the system was messed up, I guess. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back. The transaction didn't go through but there was money missing. I ordered from here years ago and it was easy to order and a great product. I'm nervous about trying to order from here again.

When choosing to pay by card, the customer must ensure that their card has 3D Secure technology enabled. Instructions on how to enable this feature are also mentioned there. 3D-Secure is a protection system designed to protect your account from fraudulent activity. Furthermore, our system only accepts standard debit or credit cards that allow international transactions.
When processing a card payment, the confirmation process includes reserving the total amount needed to complete the purchase. In cases where authorization has not been received by our transaction processor, the card will not be charged the order amount. However, the card-issuing bank may hold the funds, and you will see this in your transaction history for up to 10 business days before the full amount is released to your account balance.
We have been informed that you have already recovered your funds, as the money is normally automatically refunded within a few days. Our company also offers other payment options, so our customers are encouraged to choose them if paying by card does not seem appropriate.

- It took a little less than a month to get here to Melbourne Australia, I was a little skeptical at first buying the seeds because I've been burned in the past but that's no need here because Herbies seeds arrived! I'm very happy with how they're going so far, they even threw in some free gorilla glue seeds with my Girl Scout cookie order! I highly recommend Herbies seeds and I swear this is a legit review so don't hesitate to order from this site, I assure you there is no scam here! Thank you Herbies seed a huge A+++

- About five weeks ago, I ordered nearly three hundred dollars' worth of seeds that never arrived. I contacted my local carrier, who told me the package was lost. I then contacted Herbies and was told I would have to wait another two weeks before even considering returning the seeds. I have serious doubts that they care about my seeds or my money. I won't be buying from them again anytime soon!

- Still waiting for seeds to arrive 5 weeks now ordered, three weeks after ordering and nothing however good communication with Herbie's assured me with another order but I just received the exact same email telling me it will be late and don't worry unfortunately I have doubts I won't do it a second time

- Unable to place an order. The contact number for payments doesn't work. The old website format is more user-friendly. No response to emails. I don't know what happened to this company, but it was much better before.
