- Australian buyers should be aware that Australian Customs has updated its scanners at all ports of entry and can now detect any plant material, including seeds in packaging, so your chances of getting products through are virtually zero. Good luck with all seed orders, but it's only a matter of time now before Herbies needs to go the same route as most of the major seed companies and unfortunately stop shipping to Australia.

On the contrary, we have been working to improve the situation and create new options to deliver to Australia safely and securely. We hope it won't take too long and we will resume normal workflow soon!

- My seeds were sent to a post office in North Carolina for pickup. I don't live in North Carolina. Customer service has been unhelpful so far.

- Customer service is awesome. Delivery times are accurate. I received my first order today in Australia. Little bags containing my seeds all labeled inside a t-shirt. So out of this world as I am a first time medical grower. Many thanks.

- About five weeks ago, I ordered nearly three hundred dollars' worth of seeds that never arrived. I contacted my local carrier, who told me the package was lost. I then contacted Herbies and was told I would have to wait another two weeks before even considering returning the seeds. I have serious doubts that they care about my seeds or my money. I won't be buying from them again anytime soon!

According to our policy, we consider a package lost if its tracking is not updated within the 25-day period. If you have confirmation from your local post office about the lost order, please share it with us and we can resend your order immediately.

- Still waiting for seeds to arrive 5 weeks now ordered, three weeks after ordering and nothing however good communication with Herbie's assured me with another order but I just received the exact same email telling me it will be late and don't worry unfortunately I have doubts I won't do it a second time

- Unable to place an order. The contact number for payments doesn't work. The old website format is more user-friendly. No response to emails. I don't know what happened to this company, but it was much better before.
