Unable to place an order. The contact number for payments doesn't work. The old website format is more user-friendly. No response to emails. I don't know what happened to this company, but it was much better before.

Absolutely the best, most reliable, and easiest company to deal with. Amazing service, always reliable and informative staff - no other store is even in the ballpark of HERBIES!! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fast delivery, well packaged and hassle-free. The seeds were in great condition and again well packaged.

I’ve now ordered a few times from the store as I like the free seeds and the live advice. I am disappointed in that unfortunately I have to say that roughly 50% of the seeds either didn’t germinate, or appeared to have genetic related issues out of the gate. A large portion of those did come from “free seeds“ but I don’t consider them free when I consider them part of the purchase overall and you earn more for a larger purchase. Nowhere did it say “free lower quality seeds“ anyway - these were all three seeds. I’d say 20% of the purchased seeds didn’t germinate either or immediately died. I have learned to make sure to read the most recent reviews for each stream as people will rightly complain about that.

Separately- I wish they would provide, even if digitally, a custom guide for each seed pack purchased as there are so many strains or similar names, Fast versus regular, etc. that when you’re trying to grow multiple strains, if you don’t pay very close attention to flowering times, you can easily screw up. Just overall, it would’ve been nice to have some guidance like you have on your website, perhaps even more detailed, about each strain purchased. And ideally, something printed or printable or easily readable via mobile to keep nearby. And this is something that could honestly be done very quickly, inexpensively, and would result in increased customer satisfaction, repeat purchases, and likely website traffic across the purchasing funnel.

Last 2 things - the website does have issues on mobile. And certain things like the separate payment systems and The requirement to choose regional are a bit dated of a solution, and a few other things related to the website functionality on a technical basis. Secondly my most recent order has not shipped and it’s already been several business days. There’s some sort of delay and that’s somewhat disappointing.

All that being said, it’s a good value for what worked and I’ll show up here again I know a little bit more.

I only had one seed pop-up! Not good

Easy to grow! My temperature and humidity were very low most of the time, but the plants had no problems. They didn't need much care and the bud turned out amazing.

This was my first time ordering seeds, i was hesitant at first as im in Australia. Placed order on the 5th of March (which was a Saturday). Received email on the 7th saying order has been shipped and tracking No.Seeds arrived after 14 days... i was expecting longer to be honest.. very discreet/stealth packaging... couldnt be happier.Will not be able to germinate for a while as growing outdoors. Cant wait to see how they go. Will give another review once grow done.

Herbies is the best for seeds... I've been using Herbies for years, never had a problem, stealth is good... Got to Australia relatively quickly... Herbies has a friendly team who respond to emails almost instantly... Herbies have the best loyalty system with freebies. The freebies are of the highest quality... It's an easy site to navigate... many seed banks to choose from, free purchases... even has instructions for beginners starting out...
