AFS Princess (AlphaFem Seeds)

Description

AFS Princess Strain Info

Boasting enormous recreational and medicinal value, AFS Princess is a plant of which its breeders can be proud. It was long and meticulous work to craft a strain that incorporates so many Indica-dominant genetics yet manifests mostly Sativa character. Prepare to be enchanted by this mood-boosting and energizing smoke, suitable for both daytime stimulation and late-night relaxation.

Genetics

As is the case with most AlphaFem strains, this plant’s genetic foundation is Totally Alpha OG, an elite in-house version of OG Kush based on a landrace obtained by the breeding team directly in Afghanistan. Its super potent and vibrant genetics have been further enhanced with two stabilized inbred lines – Skunk #1 and Mazar.

Flowering Time

The flowering time of AFS Princess is almost incredible. Despite its dominant Sativa genetics, this plant matures remarkably quickly – in just 45-55 days from the moment you switch your timer to 12/12.

Yields

It's remarkable how abundant the yields of this fast-flowering variety can be under favorable conditions. An indoor grow tent will reward you with 500 g/m² (1.6 oz/ft²) of buds, while outdoors, each AFS Princess plant will yield up to 900 g (2 lb) if the climate is conducive to growing photoperiod cannabis.

Effects

Relaxing and euphoric at its core, AFS Princess boasts a high that has many facets. It starts as a cerebral stimulation, making you want to create, socialize, play sports, and just enjoy life, but after a while – or if you keep inhaling – you get to relish a full-body buzz that lets you completely unwind and spend a few lazy hours on the couch.

Medical Properties

The relaxing yet uplifting effects of AFS Princess make it a potent medicine for stress-related disorders, stiff muscles, aching joints, and lack of appetite.

THC and CBD Levels

The abundant resin produced by AFS Princess contains up to 25% THC – an extraordinary level for a Sativa-leaning hybrid. The buds also contain some CBD (up to 2% in some samples), but don’t expect it to mellow out the strain’s relentless psychoactive power.

Smell and Taste

AFS Princess inherits most of its terpene profile from its Skunk parent. The aroma is highly pungent and reminiscent of ripe, juicy oranges with strong piney notes.

Grow Tips

We highly recommend this strain for outdoor cultivation in regions with short and cool summers, as it offers you a chance to harvest fully mature buds before the cold and rainy autumn weather sets in. However, most growers choose to plant this beginner-friendly, resilient, and rewarding strain indoors, where it also thrives, adapting to any setup and cultivation technique. AFS Princess typically reaches a height of 120-150 cm (4'-5'), depending on training (or lack thereof).

• Pay extra attention to odor control.
• Increase the number of branches through topping/FIMing.
• Use ScrOG to keep the canopy flat and provide support to colas.
