- Order from Herbie's during the holidays. I'm in the US and sent money... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! As soon as my anxiety started, Herbie sent me a tracking number. I have everything they said now, I'm going to wait for my babies and buy more from Herbie's.

If you have any questions or concerns, the Herbies staff is happy to accommodate them. I was more than happy to find out I was able to communicate with a real human about my questions instead of a robot that never gives you the answer you're looking for. - Only one of the greenhouse seeds and the lemon skunk beans has sprouted. The Blackskull seeds have been fine so far, I had a problem years ago with the seeds not being what they say they hoped for the best.

Seed banks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of the seeds in a pack will germinate, for example—at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Instances of poor germination are relatively rare, and we have a complaints form to assist our customers with any germination issues. You can fill it out if you have experienced a problem with our seeds, and the compliance officer will contact you shortly.

- I have been using Herbies for almost 7 years now. I have to say I have been very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I always receive my order, and in perfect condition and I have never had a problem with multiple orders. There are usually original breeder packs and the ones that are not there are well labeled and packaged. Great job guys and thanks for being there for us US customers. Very reliable!

- The first order never arrived, however, exceptional customer service and another order was sent free of charge just before the 5 week mark. The second order arrived without issue, quite quickly considering it was right in the middle of Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised to see more free seeds than expected. So far, all the seeds I've started have germinated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the level of stealthiness of the package. I thought it was quite low, especially when compared to another company I ordered seeds from a few years ago - so 4.5 stars if I could.
