I was very happy with my order, how it arrived and the amount of free stuff that came with it!!!! great experience!!!! awesome site!!!

The first order never arrived, however, exceptional customer service and another order was sent free of charge just before the 5 week mark. The second order arrived without issue, quite quickly considering it was right in the middle of Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised to see more free seeds than expected. So far, all the seeds I've started have germinated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the level of stealthiness of the package. I thought it was quite low, especially when compared to another company I ordered seeds from a few years ago - so 4.5 stars if I could.

First-time Herbies user. Seeds arrived very quickly and stealthily packaged. Received bonus seeds with our ordered seeds. I've germinated seeds with a 100% success rate. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

I have shopped at Herbie's before a few years ago, except for credit cards. I am sure I am glad you do it again, it makes ordering even easier. I received my package within 13 days to the east coast somewhere in the US from the time I had ordered. I love your service and product selection. I highly recommend Herbie's to anyone looking for good honest deals in the products they sell. I liked your service then, as well as now. And will most likely be a loyal customer in the future.
