My order was cancelled after I had paid for it

I live in Australia, I made 4 small orders in concession rush, all 4 eagles were shot and I had 1 returned and I was refunded for the other 3 in 4 days. The return was also shot and herbs were on the ball and had that order refunded in a few days and sent me bonus tips for my inconvenience. Thank you Michael and all the team at herbies for all the help and support through the difficult times (Sydney customs) I will be back at Herbies when I am well enough to try again.

Excellent service, very fast delivery, they are also good at keeping in touch during delivery. Overall, so far the customer service is excellent, thank you Herbies for everything you do.

The order took a little longer to arrive than I expected. But it was in the middle of a pandemic. I ordered a few and received two free with my order. I am 100% satisfied and just harvested for my first time and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend 100% sprout and feminine. The genetics are strong and the autoflower is so strong you almost can't mess it up. Jah bless this company for providing this service to the people jah herbs are the healing of the nation ️

I'm extremely pleased I found me a new site to purchase seeds. I received my order to the states (USA) super fast..I've ordered from multiple sites and Herbies has been the best site ever and is now my new go to site for seeds.. I haven't germinated anything yet but I got my order faster than any other seed bank I have ordered from.. Thanks again Herbies your the best seed bank ever!

In the past month I have placed 3 orders for various seeds. All seeds have arrived in good time, in good condition and all look healthy and viable. While it is always a certain risk to order seeds and have them shipped half way around the world Herbies makes it look easy. Thank you for supplying a great means to find seeds in this out of control world.

The order to the US took a few weeks to clear customs. Received my entire order without any issues. Every seed I've planted so far has sprouted and germinated. Here's a picture of Bloody Skunk Auto by Sweet Seeds. Will definitely be ordering more.

I've been waiting a while for the herbs to be delivered to Australia, they are amazing, the website is easy to access and the customer service is just amazing, whether it's a helping hand finding seeds for cold climates or any issues the herbies team are always on top within minutes and happy to help, have been using them for years and can't give them a higher recommendation. for grandad purple another perfect one for beginners I've grown a few times is heavy, fast and vast, this thing is impossible to kill and has given me nearly 1.5kg each time after being dried and cured

I've ordered from Herbies about 5-6 times over the past 7 years and every time has been perfect. All the seeds germinate and it only takes 2-3 weeks to get them here in the US. Great place to get great seeds.
