Our Working Hours During the Winter Holidays

The holidays are approaching fast, so we wanted to give you a heads up about our slightly altered working hours over the next few weeks.

Shipping Service

Here are the dates when Herbies’ global shipping will take a short break due to our Spanish warehouse being on holiday:

• December 25 – Christmas: All orders will resume shipping on December 26.
• December 31 to January 2 – New Year: Orders placed during this period will be shipped on the next working day, Monday, January 5.
• January 6 – Three Kings' Day: Orders will be dispatched on January 7.

Herbies USA Express

Herbies USA Express will take a day off from sending out orders on December 25th and January 1st, and will resume shipping on the next respective days, December 26th and January 2nd.

Holiday Postal Delays

Please note that during the winter holiday season, postal and courier services worldwide – including in the U.S. – may experience increased workloads. As a result, delivery times may be longer than usual, even after your order has been shipped. We appreciate your patience during this busy period.

Support Team

We've got a bunch of workaholics on our support team at Herbies, but even they need a break during the winter holiday season. So, here's their updated schedule:

• December 31st: From 15:00 (UTC), our online customer support won’t be available.
• January 1st: Day off.
• January 2nd: From 10:00 (UTC), our online customer support resumes its regular working hours.

On all other days, our customer support team is always here for you, 24/7.
