Shipping to the UK
How long does delivery to the UK usually take?
Delivery to the UK usually takes 3-6 days and is sent via Certified Mail. Additionally, if your order total reaches a certain threshold, shipping will be free (see the widget in the upper right corner of any product page).
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Yes, a tracking number is sent via email after dispatch. You can check the status of your order on the Tracking page.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Orders to the UK are always shipped discreetly, but there are two options. We can send the seeds in their original packaging inside an envelope that does not display the store’s name or any indication of the contents. Or you can choose Ninja Mode at checkout, where the seeds are repackaged in a discreet item.

Payment in the UK
What payment methods are available in the UK?
In the UK, you can pay with a debit or credit card, via cryptocurrency (USDT or Bitcoin), or by bank transfer.
Will I be charged in pounds or euros?
Herbies displays prices in different currencies, but all card payments are processed in euros. If your card is in pounds sterling, the conversion is handled by your bank. You simply need to pay the amount shown in pounds sterling on your statement.
Will I have to pay any extra fees?
Herbies does not charge any additional fees, but you will likely incur a currency conversion fee charged by your bank or payment processor. If you send cryptocurrency, network fees may apply.
Are there any restrictions on the card I can use?
Standard credit or debit cards with 3D Secure and support for international transactions are required. American Express, prepaid, gift, Capital One, Cash App cards, and cards without 3D Secure are not accepted.
