Chocolate Mint OG: The Taming of the Shrew

Chocolate Mint OG is a feminized Indica-dominant cannabis strain. Stunning not only in its effect, but also in its origin: Chocolate Mint OG has elite roots originating from the noble strains Emerald OG and Grandaddy Purple. This crossing gave the world one of the most interesting and fast flowering plants with incredibly high THC levels.

Relaxing
Happy
Euphoric

Chocolate Mint OG is quite capricious in growing, however, all spent efforts will be justified by high yields ranging from 400-600g/m2 (1.3-2oz/ft2) indoors and 1-2kg (2-5lbs) per plant outdoors. The weak point of this hybrid is her low resistance to mold. When indoors, it is necessary to monitor her growth, make garters or supports to help this girl stand under the weight of heavy buds. Chocolate Mint’s best advantage is that she is a rapid grower, reaching a height of around 3m (10ft) and moving quickly into the flowering period and revealing all her beauty. During the flowering stage she pleases the eye with iridescent purple shades of leaves and the density of buds with intense aroma. This incredible girl has a THC content of 22-26%; however, growers should be careful with this girl as she likes to show off how hard she can hit.

Powerful and Hard Hitting Effects Encased in Chocolate

Chocolate Mint OG exudes an incredible combination of aromas and has its own inimitable taste, with hints of chocolate, mint, pine, and spices, with an acidic aftertaste. She must not be underestimated, even by long term marijuana connoisseurs. The effect is very strong and long lasting. This provides both cerebral and physical relaxation.

    • Advantages
Best smelling strain I've ever had. My girlfriend says she thinks this was the best tasting batch I've grown yet. The chocolate mint OG was the only strain of the 5 that managed to not get spider mites or hermaphrodite. Best looking buds of the group, in my opinion. Also best smelling and best tasting. It was a clean sweep, this strain won every category!
    • Disadvantages
      Dry mouth

    • Advantages
      Hot stuff
    • Disadvantages
I can’t really tell because the spring was cold and I planted these later and then kept them in cold for three years and they grew up nicely. Would be ideal for southern climates!
