Around half the plants turn a beautiful shade of purple during flowering which is complete by the end of September or early October outdoors. In a greenhouse, flowering takes 7-8 weeks. Shaman shows great hybrid vigour and delivers a smooth, woody sweet purple smoke that is a sensual high-quality sativa 'up' high.
Shaman is the perfect choice for the outdoor/greenhouse grower looking for robust, quality genetics that have stood the test of time and will deliver bumper harvests.

Almost no scent in flower. Barely even smells like plants, less odor in late flower than most strains in veg.
Disadvantages
Grows tall. The high is almost ethereal, so if you want indica couchlock it's not for you.
General impressions
The smell of unsmoked buds in intriguing; it smells like purple pine cones.
The smoke is like incense and pine lumber being cut. Almost no flavor... The room note is PURE HASH!
I grew 10 in a SOG in 1l air pots. Untopped and with 3wks from seed, 4 nodes before flower: they ended up over 2ft tall yielding 6g, when topped 10days into flower they yielded ~5g but were half the height. Topping in veg made for hideous plants.
In my opinion they are great in a SOG when topped 10days into flower. Neat little 1ft corn stalks of bud.
