- I've used Herbies for several years now with no problems. Hard to know why 2021 has turned out to be so problematic. Is it Covid or the UK now being outside the EU . Still waiting on a delivery placed and processed and tracked in Spain over 3 weeks ago.

- I have been a customer for over 5 years, best customer service I have seen for any 5 star company, they always thank me for being there customer and always find a way to connect me with FREE seeds, they have amazing promotions going on. I enjoy the herbs, I am a customer for life and I recommend you buy as many of these super great quality seeds at the lowest prices anywhere right now before you buy them all lol seriously though there is customer service and overall prices and quality of products!!!

Customer service walked me through the checkout process, very friendly! - The website is as good as any. I haven't received my order yet, but I see it has arrived in the US. After reading the reviews, it seems like a lot of your negatives are about shipping. Here are my thoughts on that. Spain is becoming the next Amsterdam for weed. I wouldn't doubt that the stoners who work at the post office your product goes through are familiar with your packaging methods. Since a lot of your negative reviews were about packages getting lost in Spain, that would be where they would get caught. I've never heard of your shipments getting held up by customs again, that's my take. Just saying...

- Hi from Canada, I give Herbies 5 stars because I think they have awesome customer service. My shipment got lost in the mail and didn't show up, so I contacted Herbies and no questions asked, they sent my order back to me, even with all the shit going on in the world, they got it to me pretty fast. They gave me the service like Herbies and the person I dealt with, his name is Vincente, awesome guy, got back to me right away and took care of things for me. Fast, once the girls are up and running, I'll send some pictures and give another review. My personal opinion is if you're looking for seeds, looking for Herbies, you won't be disappointed and they had the breeds I was looking for, unlike the others. Happy smiling Canadian

- Finally arrived. Took 2 1/2 months. Ordered 3 Grandpa Purps. 2 of the 3 Grandpa Purps didn't sprout. On the last one. Hopefully that's the case. If not, it was all for nothing. A plus is they sent 2 auto gorillas and 1 auto purp with my order. So I'm assuming they're autos.

It is impossible to guarantee 100% germination as seeds are living biological material and can be affected by a wide range of external factors, however we do have a guarantee. The germination rate you experienced was below the guaranteed level, and we have already contacted you to resolve the issue.

- I sat on this for a while, thinking maybe it was something I had done, but I didn't change anything. I bought 2 mixed seed stores for €15 each, autoflowering seeds and had real problems. Some didn't germinate and when they did, a mess! The same seeds/strains from the seed stores were great, but these are and have unfortunately been disastrous. How can the same strains from the same breeder but a different supplier be so bad?? As I really like weed and would normally recommend them, these are giving me serious doubts! Sad results. Sorry

Seeds are live biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors, thus it would be impossible to guarantee 100% germination each time. But please don't worry as we have a guarantee of at least 70% germination rate, and we have already contacted you via email to resolve the issue.
