- Herbies may have some of the best, if not the best, customer support I've encountered. Easily available, accessible (my anxiety makes phone calls awful, so the chat system is incredibly helpful), and they responded to and resolved every issue I had. My package ended up being marked as lost, and they sent a replacement for free. I blame the shipping delays on current world events, rather than the herbs, but it was worth the wait. They arrived! I chose the stealth shipping option, and while I won't expose the herbs' secrets, I will say it was smart of them! Along with their free shipping policy, I don't see myself using another seed bank anytime soon. Thanks to the Herbies team!

- You can't really blame Herbies. I ordered seeds from various companies but the prices were off-putting! I was looking for a mix pack for a mystery garden and WOW!!! Herbies hit the nail on the head with a great offer! On top of that I then got other freebies, it just got better and better! Anyone looking, don't bother with other banks as Herbies like everything. Would be shocked if it let you down. The helpline is good, especially 'Alice' and overall I'm buzzing. I won't even look at other sites now. Herbies is my solution!!👌

- I would rate this less than a zero It's been well over a month and still no seeds, I ordered my seeds before the covid19 pandemic and still no seeds no compensation horrible customer service all agents are lying I would never buy seeds from this site again.

- I usually like to order by cc or flow rate for ease of shearing. I had my eye on a selection of female seeds. I usually order reg seeds from US breeders as the feminized ones are very expensive. But as others have mentioned, ordering from overseas comes with risks. Female seeds didn't accept US issued cc's so they recommended Herbies. Glad they did! Ended up buying with Bitcoin. Very professional and super efficient company. I sent a few too many coins and the service they use actually returned the excess... I wasn't expecting that... Nice surprise. I haven't received the pack yet (ordered today) but I have no doubt I will judging by the reviews and my experience so far... Well done Herbies... Order with confidence.
