- Everything went wrong, but I'm still giving them 5 stars. The credit card charged us twice, due to an ordering error. Then the shipment got lost, but after 30 days, it was resent and arrived a few weeks later (with an added bonus included.) I sprouted four of the six and they all sprouted, so it was off to the new potting soil to start their growth in the south-facing window. Within two days, they were pushing and pulling up to the limited amount of sunlight available. This was bad, as they were getting "leggy," so I tried indoor fluorescent lighting. The grow light I ordered a month earlier still hadn't arrived, so that's all I had. Long story short, I tried replanting the sensitive little things, switched from RO water to bottled water, and now they're all dead. So I've germinated the last two and I'm hoping that with new soil, water, and a grow light, things will be different. What I want customers to know is that the customer service here is awesome. Alice, Eva, and the others are outstanding at their work. Gabriel in the compliance department, who I was sent to when I had a question about using RO water, is exceptional! He tried to help as much as possible, looking at pictures of my soil without plants and offering advice. The seeds seemed to be very good, at least initially, so I can't fault the suppliers. And the growing information on the website is very clear and well-researched! I don't know if I'll order seeds again, but if I do, it will be from Herbies.

- I love Herbies.. I've never had any problems, I have awesome genetics, very good germination and healthy plants every time. So much hope for the future, after the arrival of this "package" of Herbies.. Planting a garden is an exercise in hope, and positive thinking...

- Sometimes I have ordered seeds from HERBIES. Well, as a human, I am not perfect. I have left a BAD REVIEW on some cars I bought. WELL I WANT TO TRACE MY BAD REVIEW. O'K, I WASTED ABOUT 10-12 SEEDS. Some did not germinate {I LOST MY HERBIES SEEDS PAGE SENT WITH ORDER.} HERBIES sent me a page SO HERBIES CAN REPLACE ITEMS IN GOOD FAITH. It was 100% my fault, NOT HERBS that they did not germinate. I planted 10-12 more and 2 germinated, I germinated what I had left. 1 was an AUTO XL {WOW WHAT A PLANT 10 COLAS 8-10" LONG THE OTHER DID EXCEPTIONAL. I'M MAN ENOUGH TO ADMIT "I SCREW IT" IT WAS ME NO HERBIES PROBLEM. I HAVE USED HERBIES SEEDS 5 OR 6 TIMES BEFORE and everything was GREAT. I apologize and PLEASE FORGIVE ME. I was typing before I had time to calm down. Stupid is also stupid. I hope HERBIES and the customers forgive me. My business with Herbies seeds for the years that I have used this site ONLY. The QUALITY is EXCEPTIONAL. The service is THE BEST & S/H is EXCEPTIONAL, I have NEVER had CUSTOMS SEEDS EVER. STEALTH SHIPPING IS THE BEST EVER. OH THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GROWING AUTOS, I DIDN'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. I THOUGHT MY 6 REG/FEM SEED CROPS LET ME KNOW EVERYTHING. THANKS HERBIES YOUR MY PLACE FOR SEEDS. MAX FROM TAJAS

- After dealing with a few seed companies, I came back to Herbies. I have had great results with my feminized orders. My last order was stuck at US Customs and after a short time, they sent out another order free of charge, which I just received. I would recommend using Herbies again and again. The customer support was great!

- I ordered from Herbies over 5 years ago, shipped to the US and was never disappointed until they stopped taking credit cards. I decided I wanted to start my grow again and was nervous about whether or not they would be more like the same old Herbies. They are now accepting credit cards again. It took 15 days for my seeds to get here "nowhere near the 8 days it took me to get them. But considering what is going on with COVID 19, I don't blame them on that one. I will always recommend Herbies headshop to all my growing friends. Seeds always germinate and have never had a bad experience with Herbies. Thank you Herbies Head Shop for being the great place you are.
