- Herbie's is hands down the best. Best selection and prices. Excellent customer service. Smart stealth shipping and only 10 days from order to arrival in the US. They even sent me a few extra beans. Can't beat Herbie's. Not even close.

- Always use herbs and always the same excellent service! I received my order during these difficult times we are all facing! The order was a little late as it is not my fault, as I put the spinner reference number on the payment. The problem was quickly resolved and they gave me extras on top of my extras. Thank you very much.

- The website is top notch. The online agents are wonderful and very well organized and willing to help with all aspects of the service. So I felt comfortable with the order. Good start. Ordered and everything was fine until customs stopped the shipment. This is completely understandable. Resend my order after the usual wait, I had no problem with that. The seeds arrived on time. I was missing several of my free seeds. I contacted agents who, again, were great. Several times I was told I forgot their name and they would be in touch with me the next day. No response from that person and that was only for a few seeds. Seeds that I patiently waited for and understood why. Totally disrespecting a customer after all the other aspects of your business, I consider it a big mistake. More than a few seeds. One unhappy customer can lead to many in the future. All over a few seeds. Thank you and good luck

- Honestly I've ordered from many places and never got any seeds but I decided to try Herbies and you can tell straight away they are a professional company, follow OMG what other seed joint does this in terms of your order and speed. Seriously just under 2 weeks to arrive in Australia - the best company I've dealt with is now cracking my many seeds so I'm very happy to be a loyal buyer from now on..!! Thank you Herbies..!!!!

Our store guarantees not only quality, but also that the package will pass customs. That's why we developed and upgraded the stealth package to increase the chances of packages passing customs. For non-EU countries, the stealth option is enabled by default.
If you wish to receive the seeds in the original breeder packaging, you can uncheck the stealth option and we will send you the seeds in the original packaging, however, in this case, we will not assume any responsibility if the package is seized by customs. If the package is sent stealthily and seized by customs, we will offer you a replacement.
If you have any doubts about the seeds, we can provide you with a screenshot of the assembly of your order so you can see that the seeds are taken out of the original breeder packaging and placed in the stealth packaging.
