I thought I had found a great seed bank but they only exclude certain CC or debit cards. I have a secured credit and debit card and your system will not exclude my cards at all so scrape this website and keep looking for one that is allowed to except more, all, etc. debit and credit cards but the money after payment showed on my end that the charge had been made but this was not taken as money but very upset and disheartened with the whole ordeal!!!
