- I've used Herbies for several years now with no problems. Hard to know why 2021 has turned out to be so problematic. Is it Covid or the UK now being outside the EU . Still waiting on a delivery placed and processed and tracked in Spain over 3 weeks ago.

- Ive been a customer over 5 years best customer service ive seen for any company 5 star they are always thanking me for being there customer and always find a way to hook me up with FREE seeds they have amazing promotions going on . I appreciate herbies im a customer for life and recommend you buy as many of these super danky quality seeds at the lowest prices anywhere right now before i buy them all lol seriously though there customer service and overall prices and quality of the products 5 star 5 star!!!

- Super fast shipping to USA, 11 days from payment to recieving order. Friendly customer service, helped walk me through payment process.

- I placed my order on the 13th of sept., paid, and recieved on the 22nd. Super fast shipping considering i live in USA. Customer service walked me through the payment process, very friendly! This is my first time ordering, but if all goes well with my order strains & sprouting, i will defffinetly order with Herbies again! Ive found my new seed bank!

- The website is as good as any. Have not recieved my order yet, but I see it made its way to the US.
After reading the reviews, it seems like a lot of your negatives involve shipping. Heres my thoughts on that. Spain is becoming the next Amsterdam for weed. I would not doubt that the stoners who work the post office your product goes through, know your packaging methods. Since a lot of your negative reviews involved packages lost in Spain, that would be the place they would get pinched. I never hear of you shipments getting snagged by customs anymore so that my thought. Just saying......

- Hi from Canada, I give Herbies 5 stars because I think they have awesome customer service. My shipment got lost in the mail and didn't show up, so I contacted Herbies and no questions asked, they sent my order back to me, even with all the shit going on in the world, they got it to me pretty fast. They gave me the service like Herbies and the person I dealt with, his name is Vincente, awesome guy, got back to me right away and took care of things for me. Fast, once the girls are up and running, I'll send some pictures and give another review. My personal opinion is if you're looking for seeds, looking for Herbies, you won't be disappointed and they had the breeds I was looking for, unlike the others. Happy smiling Canadian

- Finally arrived. Took 2 1/2 months. Ordered 3 grandaddy purps. 2 out of the 3 grandaddy purps didn’t germinate. On To the last one. Let’s hope it does. Otherwise it was all for nothing. One plus is they did send 2 auto gorillas and 1 auto purp with my order. So I guess autos it is.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that 2 out of 3 seeds in a pack did not germinate. It is impossible to guarantee 100% germination as seeds are living biological material and can be affected by a wide range of external factors, however we do have a guarantee. The germination rate you experienced was below the guaranteed level, and we have already contacted you to resolve the issue.

- Have been sitting on this a while as maybe thought its something I did, but not changed a thing.
Bought 2 mix seedstockers @€15 each,autoflower seeds and got real problems. Some not germinated and when they have there a mess! Same seeds/ strains from seedstockers where awesome but theses are and were unfortunately disastrous. How can same strains from same breeder but from a different supplier be so bad?? As mich has I am very fond of herbies and would normally recommend them, these are giving me serious doubts! Sad results. Sorry

Seeds are living biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors, so it would be impossible to guarantee 100% germination every time. But don't worry, as we guarantee at least a 70% germination rate, and we've already contacted you via email to resolve the issue.
