- Recommended. First time I buy...here from Chile. They told me that it would take 19 to 23 days, but, surprisingly, it took 18 days to arrive at my door. It is practically like buying here in Chile. The seeds come in bulk bags, but for me there is no problem, less garbage in the environment. The gifts, many, and all good. - In 2020, I in this website to buy a lot of hemp seed and paid more than two thousand usd, they divide 6 batches sent, but I only received the first package, the other is received, contact the customer service several times, haven't resolved, they only know shirk responsibility, also told I will ensure that I receive all the seeds before, When something happens, I will shift the responsibility to the logistics company. Now I use the translation software to write out the facts, just for other consumers to see my experience before buying. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks responsibility and will only leave mistakes and losses to consumers

This part of our responsibility was handled perfectly. According to the USPS statement and tracking information, all packages were delivered. Since packages in the United States are delivered with a signature required, we requested this data from the Spanish Post Office to provide proof. - Amazing customer service. I purchased 2 seeds and they gave an extra. One of mine didn’t sprout and within 2 weeks they set it up where I can get 2 more seeds for free due to one not germinating. Very fast response times and quality seeds. Will be using again
