- Had a mix up in labels on my order, customer service was beyond helpful and issue was taken care of plus they offered me some free seeds Now that's what I call customer service. They responded quickly Everytime.

- Everything went wrong, but I still give them 5-stars. The bank card charged us twice, because of a mistake when I placed the order. Then the shipment got lost, but after 30 days it was re-sent and arrived a couple of weeks later (with an extra bonus enclosed.) I germinated four of the six and they all sprouted, so it was into the new potting soil to begin their growth in the south-facing window. Within two days they were sprouting and shooting up to the limited amount of sun available. That was bad, as they got "leggy" so I tried indoor florescent light. The grow light I ordered a month earlier still hadn't arrived, so that was all I had. Long story short, I tried to replant the sensitive little things, switched from R.O. water to bottled water and now they are all dead. So I sprouted the last two and will hope that with new potting soil, water, and a grow light, things will be different. What I want customers to know is that the customer service here is awesome. Alice, Eva and the rest are outstanding at their job. Gabriel in the compliance section, who I was sent to when I had a question about using R.O. water, is outstanding! He tried to help as much as was possible, looking at pictures of my plant-less dirt and offering advice. The seeds seemed to be very good, at least in the beginning stages, so I can't fault the suppliers. And the growing info on the website is very clear and well researched! I don't know if I will ever order seeds again, but if I do, it will be from Herbies.

- I just love Herbies.. Have never had any problems, got some awesome genetics and really good germination and healthy plants every time... I can't hardly wait to get this last order germinated and in the ground... I always find so much hope for the future, after that "package" from Herbies arrives.. Planting a garden is an exercise in hope, and positive thinking... And dreaming about the harvest to come...

- Sometime Back I ordered seed from HERBIES. Well as a Human I'm Not Perfect .I Left a BAD REVIEW on some AUTOs I purchased. WELL I WANT TO RETRACK My BAD REVIEW. O'K , I WASTED ABOUT 10 to 12 SEEDS.. Some did not sprout { I LOST MY PAGE HERBIES SEED SEND WITH THE ORDER.} HERBIES Sent me a page SO HERBIES COULD REPLACE THE ITEMS in GOOD FAITH. It was 100% my FAULT NOT HERBIES that they didn't SPROUT. I PLANTED 10 TO 12 more and 2 sprouted, I Sprouted what I had Left.. I want to be CLEAR "I STARTED THE SEED WRONG" I got 7 Seeds to Sprout. 1 was a AUTO XL {WOW WHAT A PLANT 10 COLAS 8 TO 10" LONG THE OTHER DID OUTSTANDING. i'm MAN ENOUGH TO ADMIT "I SCREW IT UP" IT WAS ME NOT HERBIES problem. I'VE USED HERBIES SEED 5 OR 6 TIMES BEFORE and all was GREAT. I APOLOGIZE AND PLEASE FORGIVE ME. I was Typing Before I had Time To Clam Down. Stupid is as Stupid DOES. I hope HERBIES and the Customers Forgives Me. My Work with Herbies seed for &years I have Used this site ONLY. The QUALITY is OUTSTANDING .Service is THE BEST & S/H is OUTSTANDING , I've NEVER had any SEEDS Taken FROM CUSTOMS EVER .STEALTH SHIPPING IS THE BEST EVER. I HOPE THIS CLEARS UP THE " MY PROBLEM.
