- I have been dealing with Herbies for about ten years now and I have to say I have never found such an organized and meticulous seed company on the web... right down to the fact that they have their own compliance department to oversee and manage. problem...... What other company has that..!!?? If there is a problem with an order they are addressed immediately with emails and online chat. I have not been disappointed at all, as I have been disappointed buying from other companies. I had a small problem with an order and it was rectified within 48 hours. A real credit to the industry

- Hi there, I've been shopping with Herbies for the past ten years and I have to say there is no other seed distributor with their level of expertness and professionalism. Really they are top notch, and after slight mix up it was all rectified within 48 hours due to their own COMPLIANCE department to resolve the matter.
You can speak to someone anytime of the day as they are great with customer service. Just check out all the reviews left on here. It just can't be me ..!!??
I will continue to use Herbies in the future as Ive been round h block a few times and have to say hands Herbies bets them all.
And all the masses of freebies given you just can't go wrong.

- Ordering seeds during corona times is worrying! However, have no fear, Herbies is here! You will wait a little longer (I am UK based) yet my seeds were shipped from Spain within 2 weeks. You an track your order from point of origin to your doorstep. Buying seeds is usually a hit and miss but with Herbies, you know they’ve got your back! I ordered Dr. Krippling’s Incredible Bulk and received 3 free seeds, Zkittles and Gorilla Glue. I’ll be doing a weekly update on these strains. Thanks again, Herbies!

- Great customer service. From the online agents to the compliance department. Had a few issues with germination . And some strains were within the germination percentage. The compliance Department took complete care of it and quickly.
