- Great customer service. From the online agents to the compliance department. Had a few issues with germination . And some strains were within the germination percentage. The compliance Department took complete care of it and quickly.

Regarding the orders - the last order was replaced with a duplicate, and it is on its way to you now. The delays in delivery appear purely due to the COVID-19 situation, that affects the delivery time in a negative way, as it is stated in out the warning disclaimer at the website. - I have never ever experienced customer service like this in my life with an online store. I had a mix up in an order and it was sorted very professionally and fast. I Dealt with two separate employees in the claims department and both were amazing. My order was sorted out and i was even issued extra seeds.
Up till this year i have used a wide range of online stores for seeds. I will now only use herbies. The seeds are always in excellent condition and my experience with the staff was truly inspiring.
