- ok so here's my experience buying from this website and i think that it's worth sharing. I ordered few seeds on april 16th. im really picky when it comes to the strains i'm growing so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packages so i'm 100% sure i'm receiving the ones that i purchased. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packages, tho. may not be a problem for most people but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on may 1st (2weeks later), i asked them when my order will be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue ( i gotta say that it's the ONLY time i ordered something with shipping delay since the pandemic). Still, fine. on may 7th or so, i asked them a refund since i had absolutely no idea when i was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst i've ever seen) but they didn't want to. they asked me to wait at least another week to ask for a refund. few messages between this date and today but no help at all. they just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. they also told me i'd receive a feminized version of the free seeds that they give for free but i still received the auto version.
long story short: they didn't send the original package like i asked, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflo) and the tracking number was pretty much useless.
I would like to give them a 0/5 star but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today ( 40 days after my payment).
so yes, if you plan on growing next summer and you order your seeds on february then yes, go for it. Howhever there's alot of other websites like that who at least gives the right seeds in shorter delays. This is by far my worst experience on buying something online.
I guarantee i'll never buy from you guys again.

Thank you for the review. It is true that the delays took place last time, as a pure result of the COVID-19 situation postal service speed of work was affected in a negative way. We also have a warning disclaimer on our website.
About original packages - yes, we can send the seeds in original packages, you just need to uncheck the "stealth" option when placing the order. Also, as it is stated in our delivery section, if we ship in original packages - we won't be able to offer a duplicate in case of the customs issue, and that was the case. Despite that, we have actually sent you a stealth duplicate at out expence, although it wasn't our obligations, and it has sucsessfully reached you.
We regret that after that you still find our service inconvenient, but we respect your choice. We will still be happy to see you again at Herbies
