- I just Love Herbies... Just got my 3rd order in, and can't hardly wait to get them germinated and in the ground!
Shipping took a little longer, because of this covid pandemic, 22 days this time, verses 14 days last year, but oh well.
The quality of the plants that I've grown from previous orders has been amazing! Some of the best Cannabis that I have ever been so blessed to experience...
Herbies is the only seedbank that I even consider, when it comes to ordering seeds. I love the catalog, the photos and generally detailed descriptions of the plants qualities and specifics...

- Always used Herbies back when I lived in Scotland,now I am in Canada and have started using Herbies again.
I NEVER had any delivery issues or problems with seeds purchased from Herbies back in Scotland,awaiting my first delivery in Canada just now and expect no issues.

- I would give this less than A Zero It’s been well over a month and still no seeds , I ordered my seeds before the covid19 pandemic and still no seeds no compensation horrible customer service all the agents do is lie I would not ever purchase seeds from this site again .

Seedbanks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of seeds in a pack will germinate, for example - at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Cases of bad germination are relatively rare, and we have a claim form to help our clients in case they have faced a problem with germination. You may fill it up if you've faced issue with our seeds, and compliance manager will get in touch with you shortly.

- Herbies has great service. My order was lost in the mail so they sent a duplicate. I ended up getting both packages and I’m glad I did. Would rate 5 stars but some of the seeds are very very small. I will update in the future depending if they germinate or not

Regarding the orders - the last order was replaced with a duplicate, and it is on its way to you now. The delays in delivery appear purely due to the COVID-19 situation, that affects the delivery time in a negative way, as it is stated in out the warning disclaimer at the website. - I will never oder from them again been over a month and still no seeds now i have to wait longer cause they are out of stock of what i ordered should have stayed with the other company i was ordering from i always got my order with no delays they wont refund my money its a dam shame i heard alot of good things about herbies but my experience is hell never again

- ok so here's my experience buying from this website and i think that it's worth sharing. I ordered few seeds on april 16th. im really picky when it comes to the strains i'm growing so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packages so i'm 100% sure i'm receiving the ones that i purchased. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packages, tho. may not be a problem for most people but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on may 1st (2weeks later), i asked them when my order will be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue ( i gotta say that it's the ONLY time i ordered something with shipping delay since the pandemic). Still, fine. on may 7th or so, i asked them a refund since i had absolutely no idea when i was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst i've ever seen) but they didn't want to. they asked me to wait at least another week to ask for a refund. few messages between this date and today but no help at all. they just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. they also told me i'd receive a feminized version of the free seeds that they give for free but i still received the auto version.
long story short: they didn't send the original package like i asked, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflo) and the tracking number was pretty much useless.
I would like to give them a 0/5 star but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today ( 40 days after my payment).
so yes, if you plan on growing next summer and you order your seeds on february then yes, go for it. Howhever there's alot of other websites like that who at least gives the right seeds in shorter delays. This is by far my worst experience on buying something online.
I guarantee i'll never buy from you guys again.

Thank you for the review. It's true that the delays occurred last time, due to the COVID-19 situation, which negatively affected the postal service's work speed. We also have a warning on our website.
Regarding original packaging - yes, we can ship seeds in original packaging, just uncheck the "stealth" option when ordering. Also, as stated in our shipping section, if we ship in original packaging, we will not be able to offer a duplicate in case of customs issues, which was the case. Despite this, we sent you a stealth duplicate at our expense, even though it was not our obligation, and it reached you successfully.
We regret that you still find our service inconvenient after this, but we respect your choice. We will always be happy to see you again at Herbies.
