I almost burned them out going vegetarian, cutting the nutrient dose in half. I had to flush the toilet and reduce the dose. But it recovered quickly. The flowers are hard as rocks and sticky as hell. The effect kicks in and presto, you're glued to the couch watching stupid YouTube videos for hours!

I pruned one, left one natural. The pruned plant gave me many more colas but smaller ones. The natural plant grew two monstrous main colas. Both yielded about the same amount. The smoke from both is equally fiery. Smooth and gassy with a heavy high.

responded well to LST - branches were flexible and grew back strong. ended up with a flat canopy of solid buds. Trimming was sticky but worth it. The smoke is smooth with a cookie/diesel flavor. The high is happy and relaxed.

Having grown about 15-20 different hybrids over the years, I can confidently say that Glue Cookies stands out in some unexpected ways. Compared to its parent, it's less overpowering and more balanced: where GG#4 leaves me couch-locked, this one gently soothes you. Its stretch isn't as extreme as the original Glue's (thank goodness), though it still requires topping/LST unless you want a jungle. 😄

Unlike other Cookie crosses like Wedding Cake or Gelato, the bud structure is denser and less leafy; therefore, it's much less difficult to trim. The frost level is comparable to Gelato's, but the resin has that characteristic Glue stickiness that makes trimming tedious. 🙄Smell-wise, she's the difference between Gas Monkey (all diesel) and Thin Mint Cookies (all smooth) - you get both in every hit.

It's the high that really sets her apart. Unlike Bruce Banner (which can be racy) or Dosidos (which knocks me out), Glue Cookies offers that perfect hybrid experience: euphoric but functional for the first hour, then gradually fades into body relaxation without a total shutdown. The pain relief is better than Blue Dream, but without the fog.

For growers, it's more forgiving than most top-shelf strains. I've messed up the pH a few times, and it came back faster than my OG Kush. The only downside is the smell at the end of flowering: stronger than Sour Diesel, and my carbon filter struggles to contain it. 🙈

At this point, it's replaced Gorilla Glue #4 in my permanent rotation. It does everything GG4 does, but with better structure, more complex terpenes, and a more versatile effect. If you like Cookie or Glue strains, this is the best of both worlds. 💯

Exactly the hybrid I needed, with a strangely delicious smell. The buds grew plump and frosty, although she is a bit of a nutrient hog; you have to take it easy during flowering. In British Columbia, our summers are golden, but fall rains ruin outdoor grows.

The solution? Lack of light! I sowed Glue Cookies in May, let it grow outdoors, then moved it into my low-light homegrown greenhouse in mid-July. First harvest in late August: dense, purple-tinged buds with a complex terpene profile: berry cookies dipped in kerosene. I then re-vegetated the strain and harvested a second time in October, before mold appeared.

Total yield: over 450g over two cycles. Smoke test: An instant classic. The high starts behind the eyes, then spreads like warm maple syrup. Perfect for post-hockey recovery.

I grew a plant in my garden just to see what would happen... It grew into a 6-foot bush by August. I had to build a makeshift greenhouse around it when the rains came in September! Damn, I knew this strain was going to be sticky given the name, but damn! By harvest time, just brushing against the buds had my arms covered in resin. Trimming took twice as long because my scissors jammed every 5 minutes. I had to keep a jar of isopropyl nearby just to clean them up. The buds are also incredibly dense—like little rocks covered in frosting. The smell while growing was incredible, like someone mixed gasoline with vanilla extract. I had to replace my carbon filter because it stank up the whole neighborhood.


The high is exactly what I wanted: it starts with a pleasant cerebral rush that transitions into deep body relaxation without completely locking me to the couch.

The yield was really good for only 3 plants in my SUV.


The only complaint is that I wish I had bought more seeds.

2/3 seeds popped. Herbies sent a replacement, but I was still pissed. The two that popped were fire—dense nuggets that reek of sweet gas. The high lasts forever. It would be 5 stars if all the seeds worked.

I've tried many GG#4 crosses, and this is one of the best. The effect is perfectly balanced, euphoric without being anxious, relaxing without being sedating. The growth was smooth (no nutrient issues, sturdy branches) and the buds are dense and resinous. The flavor is sweet with a gassy aftertaste. Ideal for daytime or evening use.

Germinated 3/3 of the seeds in 24 hours (fast taproots). 5 weeks veg: Branching was amazing, needed extra trellis levels. Flower stretch? Moderate (50% of height). Buds swelled between weeks 5 and 8, with tops prone to foxtailing (corrected by light dimming slightly).

Opened tent on glue can: a strong chemist aroma, topped with vanilla frosting. 3 weeks curing: smoke is velvety smooth, turning into a cerebral and body buzz. Perfect for video games or frying marathons (RIP my diet).

Yield: 204g dry. I lost a star for the fuss over the foxtail, but the potency? Kudos to the chef. Herbies, take my money, again.
