For a first choice, the cheese flavor is already present after 10 days of drying (5 days in a dark tent, another 5 in paper bags). GH Cheese was easy to maintain, no complications at all, the buds are full of trichomes and tight. From both plants, I got after drying and trimming about 85g. I smoked a little and yes, it has the cheese aroma, now I put the jars to rest in a dark drawer where they will hopefully develop the flavor even deeper.
