- Terrible customer service, they don't speak or understand English well. I regret not going with my gut and using another store. The reason they are "highly rated" is because they censor all negative reviews. They don't honor their verbal or verbally binding agreements. Someone with more time on their hands should file a lawsuit for violation of consumer rights, false advertising, and breach of legally binding verbal/written agreements.

- 3 times Ive ordered seeds. They turned up every time. AL the seeds have germinated..not 1 failure. Dont use anyone else.

- Never had a problem ordering seeds. Always arrive on time. I only wish Herbies would rotate the free seeds. The last two times I ordered, I declined the free seeds because they aren't strains I care for.

- I can't place an order because my credit card isn't going through. I called my bank and it's not on their end. I tried calling customer support and no call back. Very frustrating.
