- Ordered, declared delivered, obviously to the wrong address. OUT OF my money, no seeds. When they say they deliver via tracking to anyone's house, you're dead, no seeds. I've ordered before with no issues, delivered as expected. Helpful customer service, however, wasn't going to stand by the customer believing I never received it. So sad.

Since the order was declared "delivered," our obligations have been fulfilled, as the order was packed, shipped, and delivered—all the terms of the contract between the customer and the seller have been met. At the same time, we have no reason not to believe you, and we have launched an investigation into this matter to find out what happened and address the issue accordingly after the results.
