- I love herbs... I just received my third order and I can't wait to germinate them and get them in the ground! Shipping took a little longer, because of this covid pandemic, 22 days this time, around 14 days last year, but oh well. The quality of the plants I've grown from previous orders has been amazing! Some of the best cannabis I've ever had the chance to experience... Herbies is the only seed bank I even consider, when it comes to ordering seeds. I love the catalog, the pictures, and the generally detailed descriptions of the plants' qualities and specifics...

- I always used Herbies when I lived in Scotland, now I am in Canada and have started using Herbies again. I have NEVER had any delivery issues or problems with seeds purchased from Herbies in Scotland, I was waiting for my first delivery to Canada and I do not expect any problems.

- I would rate this less than a zero It's been well over a month and still no seeds, I ordered my seeds before the covid19 pandemic and still no seeds no compensation horrible customer service all agents are lying I would never buy seeds from this site again.

- Only one of the greenhouse seeds and the lemon skunk beans has sprouted. The Blackskull seeds have been fine so far, I had a problem years ago with the seeds not being what they say they hoped for the best.

Seed banks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of the seeds in a pack will germinate, for example—at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Instances of poor germination are relatively rare, and we have a complaints form to assist our customers with any germination issues. You can fill it out if you have experienced a problem with our seeds, and the compliance officer will contact you shortly.

- Herbies has excellent service. My order got lost in the mail, so they sent me a duplicate. I ended up getting both packages and I'm glad I did. Would give 5 stars, but some of the seeds are very, very small. I'll update in the future depending on whether they germinate or not.

- I wrote a review and it was deleted. I placed an order on 4/20. I checked the tracking, the last time tracking was posted was on 4/28 from Spain. My order # 829685 & 829684. Where are my seeds? I will update my review once I receive the seeds. I used to get seeds from you, it only took about 10 days. I need my seeds. Thank you.

- I will never order from them again it's been over a month and still no seeds now I have to wait longer as they are out of stock of what I ordered should have stayed with the other company I was ordering from I always received my order without delay they will not refund my money it's such a shame I've heard a lot of good things about the herbs but my experience is never again hell

- ok so here is my experience shopping on this site and I think it's worth sharing. I ordered some seeds on April 16th. I'm really picky about the strains I grow, so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packaging, so I'm 100% sure I'm getting the ones I bought. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packaging, though. this might not be an issue for most people, but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on May 1st (2 weeks later), I asked them when my order would be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue (I have to say this is the ONLY time I've ordered something with a delivery delay since the pandemic). Still, good. On about May 7th, I asked them for a refund because I had absolutely no idea when I was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst I've ever seen) but they wouldn't. They asked me to wait at least another week to request a refund. Few messages between then and now but no help at all. They just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. They also told me that I would receive a feminized version of the free seeds they give away for free, but I still received the autoflowering version. Long story short: they didn't send the original package as I requested, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflowering) and the tracking number was pretty much useless. I'd like to give them 0/5 stars but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today (40 days after I paid). So yes, if you plan to grow next summer and order your seeds in February then yes, go for it. However, there are many other websites like this that at least give the right seeds in a shorter time frame. This is by far my worst online shopping experience. I guarantee I will never buy from you again. Have a great day everyone and shop wisely.

Thank you for the review. It's true that the delays occurred last time, due to the COVID-19 situation, which negatively affected the postal service's work speed. We also have a warning on our website.
Regarding original packaging - yes, we can ship seeds in original packaging, just uncheck the "stealth" option when ordering. Also, as stated in our shipping section, if we ship in original packaging, we will not be able to offer a duplicate in case of customs issues, which was the case. Despite this, we sent you a stealth duplicate at our expense, even though it was not our obligation, and it reached you successfully.
We regret that you still find our service inconvenient after this, but we respect your choice. We will always be happy to see you again at Herbies.
