- Herbie's has always been a pleasure to do business with I've been buying from Herbie's for years this was my only time I ever waited so long to receive my order due to customs taking my first order n duplicate order had wrong address so I was sent another duplicate order that I finally received just to open and see 3 of the seeds crushed due to shipping and handling I'm sure but anyway Herbie's has always and will always be my go to for my seed they responds fast to emails and they keep in touch with you and works very well with you on receiving your seeds thanks again!!!!!!!!

- I ordered my first seeds at the end of October. The first seeds were confiscated on December 3rd. I informed Herbies, they mailed duplicates and I just received my seeds. The virus was the cause of the delay, they said, but when tracking, I could see the seeds settling for 3 weeks in the same spot with both orders. Delivery was not fast at all.

- I ordered 11 seeds and they were intercepted by border patrol. Herbies sent out duplicates, but I'm not sure how much of a difference just changing the name will make. I hope they get away with it this time.

- Second time I ordered from Herbies and was concerned about the time the package was taking in customs. I emailed sales support and received a response less than 24 hours later :) Package arrived without issue. Keep in mind that customs can add 12-16 days to your shipping time😪 I love shopping at Herbies
