Unfortunately, I had no luck getting the original package or returning the package through customs. Australia is very strict about the entry of plant materials. But I took a chance. However, Herbies customer service was great. I was given the option of a refund or returning the order. I chose to return the package with my fingers crossed. Customs intercepted this package. Herbies was truly sorry for the turn of events and offered me a refund immediately. The whole process was very professional and fast. My refund was in my bank account within a week. Although I was disappointed not to receive my seeds, Herbies made the experience positive. I will try again in the future.

I LOVE THIS SHOP!!!! I have had the best experience with their seeds and their customer service is AMAZING!!! I have had orders come perfectly and some that didn’t and they helped me so much and got everything fixed for me.

Even after my third order, I'm still impressed by the quality and affordability of this store. The selection is huge, and the germination rate is 99% after a few attempts. I've already ordered from stores in Holland and Austria, but none of them delivered so quickly and also gave free seeds or small gifts. Overall, even though the prices have increased a bit in the meantime, Herbies is a 100% recommendation.

Full 5 stars for the delivery to Australia..... but of the 10 seeds ordered, unfortunately only 2 germinated. The two as an encore also went up without any problems
