Great descriptions ,so much information. Websie is user friendly.Great links on emails.My Husband always reading the site. The product is outrageous.

First time using this site with mixed results. First order didn't arrive after waiting 1 month with it stuck in Australian customs. When it arrived I was greeted with what I would call a badly rough package, it just didn't look right. Second delivery arrived after providing a different address etc on time. This item was much safer with decent packaging. I found communication to be very slow but they said they were under pressure. I didn't receive what I ordered but the bottom line is I got something as close to what was requested and it arrived (2nd time and a very long wait). Would I use again yes because they delivered. 4.5 stars

Big thanks to Herbies, second ones arrived promptly, customs kept first shipment, probably didn't know they were just a novelty items.
