- My first order was potentially seized or lost on entry to my home country, Herbies customer service actually contacted me before I contacted them to see if it had arrived as the tracking showed it never made it to the destination. When I shared I hadn't received the package the promptly resent it and to my new address. The package arrived within 2 weeks to Australia clean and discreetly.

- The freebie sprouted but the Grand mommy purple has failed to sprout. I have 8 years of growing but you never know it may have been a dud bean. I still plan on using herbie again in the near future.

- I have ordered twice for Herbies from NZ and both times the orders made it through. Great discreet shipping and arrived about 2-3 weeks from ordering. 3 out of 10 seeds never germinated but no issues as I have ordered plenty

As for the germination results, it is hard to guarantee 100% germination rate with living biological material, however, our seed banks guarantee at least 7 germinated seeds out of the pack with 10 seeds, so your result considered as satisfying. - I've left messages in regards to supposedly they have closed I have paid for an order if this is true I would like my money back they are not returning my calls

- Great collection, fast delivery.I've been ordering from here for 3-4yrs and always had 100% germination. Last order however none germinated 😔 . I understand this happens, maybe just a bad batch.
