- I us to order from Herbies over 5 years ago shipped to the US and I have never been disappointed until they stopped taking credit cards. I decided I wanted to start my growing again and was nervous about rather or not they would be the same old Herbies. They now take credit cards again. It took my seeds 15 days to get here “far cry from the 8 days that I us to get them. But considering what’s going on with COVID 19 I don’t hold them at fault on that one. I will always recommend Herbies head shop to all my growing friends. Seeds always sprout and never had a bad experience with Herbies. Thank you Herbies head shop for being the kick a$$ place that you are..

- I would give this less than A Zero It’s been well over a month and still no seeds , I ordered my seeds before the covid19 pandemic and still no seeds no compensation horrible customer service all the agents do is lie I would not ever purchase seeds from this site again .

- web site is first rate . Agents on line are wonderful and very well organized and prepared to help with all aspects of service. So I felt comfortable with ordering. Great start. Ordered and everything was fine until customs must have stopped shipment . This is totally understandable . Resent my order after the usual wait , I had no problem with that . Seeds arrived in a timely manner. I was missing several of my free seeds . Got in contact with agents which again they were awesome. Several times I was told I forget his name would be in contact with me next day . No reply from this person and it was only over a few seeds. Seeds that I patiently waited for and understood why . To totally disrespect a customer after all other aspects of your business I consider first rate is a serious mistake . Over a few seeds . One unhappy customer can lead to many in the future .
