- I have ordered twice from Herbies and both times have been perfect. I have had zero issues and everything came as expected and on time! The prices are good and always have the breeders and strains that I am looking for in stock. My only beef is having to use bitcoin but not a huge deal the conversion takes a week to process but not herbies fault. I plan on always ordering from herbies

- I live in australia, made 4 small orders in quick concession, all 4 eagles got shot down n had 1 resent n got refunded for the other 3 in 4 days. The resend got shot down aswell and herbies were on the ball and had that order refunded in a matter of days aswell as sent me some bonus pipes for my inconvenience. Thank you Michael and all the team at herbies for all the help and support through the hard times (sydney customs) i will be back at herbies when i am game enuf to try again.. Thank you Herbies

- In 2020, I in this website to buy a lot of hemp seed and paid more than two thousand usd, they divide 6 batches sent, but I only received the first package, the other is received, contact the customer service several times, haven't resolved, they only know shirk responsibility, also told I will ensure that I receive all the seeds before, When something happens, I will shift the responsibility to the logistics company. Now I use the translation software to write out the facts, just for other consumers to see my experience before buying. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks responsibility and will only leave mistakes and losses to consumers

Your order was divided into 6 separate parcels, all of them were dispatched in a timely manner to the address provided, this part of our responsibility was managed perfectly. According to the USPS statement and tracking information, all packages were delivered. Officially performed information cannot be ignored and unaccepted, we do rely on it. Since packages to the USA are delivered with signature required, we have requested this data from the Spanish Post to provide as proof. We have emailed this information to you and fairly attached all the documents.
All the facts mentioned leads us to the statement that our company cannot be called dishonest, as we do provide all the information, assistance and more important - the delivery was confirmed officially. In the event if the order lost or seized we provide a full refund or a duplicate of the order. We do have the cases with the issues like that and provide our respected customers with the assistance needed. All the parts of your order were confirmed as delivered and the investigation double confirmed it.

- Order took a little longer to arrive than I had anticipated. But it was in the midst of the pandemic. I ordered a few and received two free for my order. I'm 100% satisfied and I have just harvested for my first time and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend 100% sprout and feminine. Genetics are strong and the Auto flower are so strong you almost can't mess it up. Jah bless this company for providing this service to jah people herbs are the healing of the nation ❤️
