- I tried ordering and the system was messed up I guess. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back. The transaction did not go through yet money was missing. I ordered from here years ago and it was easy to order and great product. I’m nervous about trying to order from here again.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. The information about payment process is stated the way ahead order placement here: https://herbiesheadshop.com/payments. When choosing the payment via card a customer needs to make sure his card has 3D Secure technology activated. The instructions on how to activate this feature is also mentioned there. 3D-Secure is a protection system made to save your account from fraudulent activities. Also, our system accepts only standard debit or credit card which enabled international transactions.
When processing payment via card, the confirmation process includes the reservation of the full amount needed to complete the purchase. In cases when the authorization has not been received by our transaction processor, the card is not charged with the order amount. However, the card’s issuing bank may hold the funds as pending, and you’ll see it in your transaction history for up to 10 business days before the full amount is unblocked and released to your account balance.
We were informed that you already got your funds back, as normally the money are released back automatically in a few days. Our company has the other payment options as well, so our customers are welcome to choose them, if payment via card doesn't seem suitable.

- It took just under a month to get here to Melbourne Australia, I was a bit sceptical at first purchasing the seeds because I’ve been burnt in the past but there is no need here because Herbies seeds came through! Im very happy with how they’re going so far, they even through in a couple free gorilla glue seeds in with my Girl Scout cookie order! I highly recommend Herbies seeds and I swear this is a legit review so don’t hesitate to order from this website I assure you there is no scam here! Thanks Herbies seed a massive A+++

- About five weeks ago, I ordered almost three hundred dollars worth of seeds that never arrived. I contacted my local carrier who told me the package was lost, I then contacted Herbies and have been told i have to wait another two weeks before they even consider resending the seeds. I have serious doubts that they care about my seeds or my money. I will not be buying from them again any time soon!

- Still waiting on seeds to arrive 5 weeks now ordered, three weeks after ordering and nothing however great communication with Herbie's assured me with another order however just received exactsame email telling me it will be late and not to worry, unfortunately I have doubts I will not a second time round

- Can’t place an order. Contact number for payments doesn’t work. Old website format is more user friendly. No response to emails. Not sure what happened to this company but it used to be a lot better
