- Never have an issue when ordering seeds. Always arrive on time. I only wish Herbies would rotate free seeds. Last couple times I ordered I declined free seeds cause they are not strains I care for.

- I cannot place an order as credit card won't go thru. I've called my bank and it's not on their end. Tried calling customer support and no return call. Very frustrating

This is an obligatory measure for card payments on our website. Before proceeding with the payment again, contact your bank directly to find out if your card supports 3D-Secure verification codes and allows international transactions. Our payment system doesn't accept Government payment cards, American Express cards, Prepaid cards. When having trouble with payment, please, contact our online managers or fill in a claim form. - My wonderful seeds arrived in the U.S. in just 13 days. The ordering process was easy. My seeds arrived nicely labeled in cushioned packaging. All seeds looked viable for germination so I can't wait to sprout some next month. What I enjoy most about Herbie's Seeds is that you get to pick out your free seeds from a list rather than buying the famous "10 + 10" deals of the same strain that other seed dealers do. Unless you're a big-time grower, who wants 20 seeds of the exact same strain? I will use Herbie's again for sure.

- Just received my order! Yay! It took a month to arrive but probably due to my location. Great communication and was tracked. The packaging was fantastic and personal (important due to my location), it also had some freebies! So happy and looking forward to my next grow. Thank you. I love everything about Herbies. I will be back and recommending to everyone I can.

- First class service, I received my order all the way to Australia. I left on December 1st and received it on the 31st. All during COVID and the Christmas rush!
