Important Update: Possible Delivery Delays to Canada

We’d like to let you know that due to the Canada Post strike, delivery times for orders shipped to Canada may take longer than usual. Please note: there are no delays with dispatch on our side – we continue to process and hand over all orders to carriers right on schedule.

However, the strike puts heavy pressure on the entire delivery system, overloading alternative carriers and slowing down all available shipping options. We’re doing everything we can – working with every carrier available – but some delays are still possible. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that this strike wraps up quickly, but given that last year’s dragged on for over a month, it feels only fair to level with you: longer disruptions are a real possibility.
